Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided and may ask for additional information if required. We will ship the replacement to you after the completion of review and verification. You will receive the replacement within 3-10 business days.

Process for the refund of the defective item/s:
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided and may ask for additional information if required. We will issue the refund to you after the completion of review and verification. The refund will appear in your bank in 5-7 business days.

Please note that we will not be responsible if the customer orders wrong size or color. However, if we ship a wrong item, we’ll issue a refund or replace the item.
